The problem

Bubble shooter games are fun, but color-blind players often can't tell the bubbles apart — and many are loaded with timers, pressure and in-app purchases.

The solution

Bubble Shooter: Bubble Pop is a relaxing bubble pop game where every bubble carries its own symbol as well as a color, so players match by shape as well as color. It has 100 levels across four worlds, boosters, an endless mode, and no timers, no pressure and no purchases — free to play, with progress saved on-device and no account needed.

My contribution

Built the bubble shooter gameplay: drag to aim with a laser sight that bounces off the walls and a ghost bubble showing exactly where the shot will land; match 3 or more bubbles to pop them, and dropped bubbles score double.

Designed the color-blind-friendly system: every bubble has a unique symbol as well as a color, supporting deuteranopia, protanopia and tritanopia — symbols are on by default and can be switched off in Settings.

Created 100 levels across four worlds — Lagoon Shallows, Coral Reef, Deep Blue and Sunken Temple — with up-to-three-star ratings, limited shots per level and +100 points per shot left.

Added boosters (Bomb, Fireball, Rainbow) earned through three-star finishes, plus an endless mode on Easy, Medium and Hard with a new row dropping after a few misses.

Engineered accessibility throughout: reduce motion, separate haptics, sound and music controls, and support for old phones, tablets and Android TV.
